Friends: One of the most iconic sitcoms ever

For those of you that don’t know, Friends is US sitcom first launched in 1992 that quickly became one of the most famous and well-loved TV shows in the world. Ross, Rachael, Monica, Joey, Chandler and Phoebe were the darlings of the 90s, a tight-knit friendship group who had many a hilarious experience in their time together.

After a mammoth 236 episodes the show finally came to an end in May 2004, although you can still catch re-runs pretty much everyday on TV channels all over the world. With its inclusive attitude, heart-warming friendships and general hilarity, Friends was a sitcom that isn’t easily replicated.

What does the Friends quiz typically look like?

As you might expect from a show that was on-air for so long, there is a huge amount of Friends trivia to be remembered, and this is why so many people love testing their skills via Friends quizzes. These quizzes can take various forms, and can also be pretty much as long as you like!

In general most Friends quizzes will either focus on specific (and often very obscure) facts about each character, or on things that happened in particular episodes. They can either be standard questions, or take more interesting formats, such as a music round, voice round or scene-frame round.
